Return policy

Replacement within 7 days for manufacturer defects, with the original box and accessories.
Code-only (software) products cannot be returned once the download code has been used.
We cover return shipping when the fault is the manufacturer's.

Devices carry a 12-month warranty from the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover drops, water damage (for non-waterproof devices) or unauthorized repairs.
30 days of free technical support for production-ready code packages.

Nationwide delivery in Vietnam: 1–2 days in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, 3–5 days elsewhere. International shipping is quoted per order.
Shipping is quoted when the order is confirmed; free in Vietnam for orders over 3,000,000 ₫.
Code-only products are delivered as a download code by email — nothing is shipped.

Customers in Vietnam pay by bank transfer using the QR code shown after ordering. International customers receive a quote with payment options.
Use the order code as the transfer reference for fast confirmation.
Orders are confirmed during business hours, usually within 2 hours.

Your name, phone, email and address are used only for delivery, sending download codes and technical support.
We never sell or share customer information with third parties, except shipping carriers.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time via hotro@aiotkit.vn.
